I am a Brooklyn-based photographer, writer, and bookmaker whose travels have shaped a deep appreciation for human connection, memory, and history embedded in land. Moving between cultures and landscapes across India, France, and the United States, I have come to look closely and notice the moments that reveal how people carry their own personal history and stories. While my practice is rooted in documentary photography, it extends into conceptual projects, allowing me to explore different forms of visual storytelling. Across all of my work, I aim to capture people and places just as they understand themselves while discovering unfamiliar ways to see the familiar. I am drawn to the emotional traces that spaces and people hold: the traces of history, loss, joy, and transformation. I attempt to approach each project with curiosity and the opportunity to connect with what life has given us.
